DLNA - Movies - Entertainment

You might have heard about DLNA  ( Digital Living Network Alliance ®) supported or ready devices.i have seen this on a lot of devices, but never really bothered to understand what it actually is. Until recently !! I used to own a mobile called Samsung Jet. A great mobile then, had to go through a lot of trouble to own it too and faintly remember that its supported DLNA. Similarly the bluray players,TVs etc. What was such a mystery was how to use it ? and if we are using it, do i have to switch on my computer to be able to view movies on my TV screen ? Such a headache !! reallly... After a tiring day,if you want to catch a movie, you have to manipulate a whole bunch of devices to make sure get the right movie and comfort.. else we end up watching movies already watched or those boring movies repeated on television. For entertainment buffs with little time available for movies, this setup really work s. What really changed was the introduction of NAS into to Home networks. We c

1- Nenu okkadine - Well made movie, but lacks the Pace a thriller needs

This was one of its kind experience !! Ever watched a movie in a theatre just booked for your family ? Well it happened to me and it was a great experience !! We planned to go for the movie but the show was cancelled because of low attendance. The next day we made sure that the show is on by booking the theatre. In a town like thanjavur we never expected a telugu movie release to happen, but if its released,we make sure to drop our attendance.  We started for the movie in a whole lot of confusion and then reached the theatre. The movie started and it got off with a bang. The mood was set, character established. i began to believe that this movie is going to change things forever in tollywood. Just as the movie progressed, there were many commercial elements which hindered the flow of the movie. Though the movie had closed all its loops with proper reasoning and logic, the disorder which was the main theme lost its way and was something which was not required in the f

Jilla - Another Commercial Mass Masala

Well there is this thing about people in tamilnadu, and its sound... Its so loud that after few minutes into the movie all you want to to do is close your ears. Well having watched many movies in theaters, this is the first time i have had such experience. The best part of the movie was the interval where i had a Pepsi Mycan with some popcorn and another being , kids running commentary or review in short. My brother's younger daughter is soo good at giving detailed review of the movie with description of scenes which click and which doesnt. Especially the comedy tracks have gained traction with her and she mastered the art of reproducing the comedy from the movie. Well with all those being said, movie is a one time watch, and would have been much better with proper sound system. There is nothing new in the movie, and definitely after watching thupakki ,this one would appeal to be a below average attempt. Story goes like this 1 local Don, fight kills heros father , don inh

Happy New Year 2014

New year it is...he he ho ho.. Year 2013 went by like a breeze. Before I could realise what I did and what I really wanted to do, it just went past by. Hopefully the new year bring the much needed change into present lifestyle. Although there are no big resolutions, but I wish my dreams grow big and imaginations fly wild. There are so many ideas that keeps coming up, which I will keep posting and sharing. Last night I was deep into my laptop bringing dreams into relality and suddenly a plan to drive to my parents got Into our mind. And then there is no stopping. We just drove. Drive was amazing in the new ford ecosport. Stable smooth and swift. My sis did rage the car to its extreme, bringing the deomon in her to much needed peace. And Hopefully I was not out of reach of broadband (which I installed last at my last visit). Beautiful feeling and another memory down the lane. Got some brilliant pics..will be posted soon after some rework. . #2014 #narketpally #kims #explore
